ESTIMATES: We ask customers to stop by for a estimate and no appointment is necessary, it takes about 5-10 min. To give a proper estimate we need to look at the car in person. We also ask that if you are going through insurance to bring a copy of the insurance estimate if you have one. If you are going to go through the insurance company we will deal with the insurance company directly once the car is in the shop.
INSURANCE: Let us know if you have any questions regarding repairs and/or insurance related problems. We have extensive knowledge on how to communicate with your insurance company to make sure you get the proper repairs you deserve.
RENTAL CARS: Please feel free to ask one of our staff to assist you in arranging for a rental car while your vehicle is repaired. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is our rental company of choice. They are conveniently located on Morris Ave, just minutes from Peotter’s Auto Body. Pick-up & Delivery Available

Car makers like Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, and BMW are increasingly employing aluminum alloys in their new car lines. These unique materials and processes require highly specialized repair procedures. Peotter’s Auto Body is one of the few collision repair organizations in the country that is certified by auto manufacturers to repair structural and non-structural damage to their aluminum constructed vehicles. We are one of the only three Jaguar certified repair facilities in all of New Jersey. Manufacturer Certification for aluminum repair requires a significant investment in equipment, ongoing training, and facility modifications, all of which we pride ourselves in.
